3A. AI Data Processing
3A.1 Data Sent to AI Providers
When you use AI features, the following data may be sent to third-party AI service providers:
- Frame description text and prompts
- Images (e.g., for video generation from existing frames)
- Script text (for AI script parsing)
- Style preferences and generation parameters (resolution, duration, etc.)
3A.2 Data NOT Sent to AI Providers
The following data is never sent to AI service providers:
- Account information (name, email, password)
- Payment and billing information
- Comments and annotations
- Workspace membership and team information
- Usage analytics or log data
3A.3 Data Retention by AI Providers
AI service providers process your data solely to fulfill your generation requests. They temporarily store data only during the processing period and do not permanently retain your content.
3A.4 No Model Training
Your content is not used to train AI models. Neither we nor our AI service providers use your inputs or generated outputs for the purpose of training or improving AI models.
3A.5 AI Usage Logs
We maintain AI credit consumption logs (generation type, credits consumed, timestamp) for billing reconciliation and to provide you with usage history. These logs are associated with your workspace and retained for the duration of the workspace's existence.
3A.6 Individual AI Credit Allocation
For Team and Enterprise workspaces, AI credits are allocated individually to each member (per-seat allocation). We track per-member credit usage to maintain fair distribution within workspaces. This per-member usage data includes quota allocation, credits consumed, and remaining balance for each billing period.
4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Where We Store Data
- Your data is stored on secure cloud servers
- We use reputable cloud infrastructure providers
- Data may be processed in different regions to provide the service
- AI-generated images and videos are stored on our cloud storage servers. When a workspace is deleted, all AI-generated images and videos within that workspace are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
